Challenge others: Run for 10 minutes
1) 15 pushups
2) walking lunges 20 (40 total)
3) plank hold for one minute
4) chair dips 15
5) 'spiderman' plank 10
6) sumo squat jump 10
repeat 3x
This is a great workout for the quad!!
